ONLINE CLASSES SPRING 2021
As possibly every aspect of our life has been challenged, restricted and questioned over these past months, and continues to be, we can feel overwhelm and array of difficult emotions to say the least. My intention is for these online zoom sessions to offer ‘a time out’. A time and space where our mind can be clear of unnecessary thoughts, a time where we can drop into ‘just' being and enjoy! A time to help us to feel stronger yet softer, and flexible to adapt to life’s inevitable change and transitions.
